Product Owner - Online Design Studio at Sealed Air Corporation in Charlotte, NC

The key for this position is a willingness to take on challenging problems, communicate opportunities and strategy clearly and deliver on quick wins. Responsibilities Identifying opportunity spaces and emerging technologies to improve our customer experience. Owning the product strategy and technical roadmap. Creating and supporting the execution of new features. Collaborating cross-functionally with our external partners, IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regional Marketing and e-commerce teams on idea generation and solution delivery. Working with stakeholders to align the business case with requirements, technical analysis, workflows, story creation and delivery communication. Identifying technical feasibility of requirements while calling out gaps and solutioning potential issues accordingly. Providing directional leadership to the developers, UX/UI team members, and business stakeholders as it relates to overall roadmap delivery. Deploying best practice methodologies for lifecycle management for continuous improvement. Reviewing and approving epics and story requirements based on product/feature strategy. Defining and writing frontend (UX) and backend (component-level) user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintaining a deep understanding and knowledge in agile development and proliferating the mind set across the organization. Qualifications Education, Experience and Certifications:
Bachelors' degree in, Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or related field of study. 3
years' experience in executing agile, world-class digital product management, including translating business strategy into specific product features from inception to delivery/maintenance. 5
years' experience developing and deploying new technology and working cross functionally to define, scope, and prioritize business requirements. General understanding of frontend development, including html, css, and js Requisition id:
