Job Description

The newly formed One SEE Automated Equipment team has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Director, Equipment Systems & Services Operations. This position has the following main areas of focus:

  • Support the Automated Equipment Commercial Sales and Portfolio Marketing teams in Pipeline Management, Sales Cycle efficiency, and Demand Planning providing a strong foundation for our long-term strategic growth targets.
  • Evaluate, design, and execute business processes to ensure that business outcomes are in harmony with our Equipment strategic goals. Formulating standard best practices to be utilized across regions.
  • Support the Vice President of Automation to manage the day to a day overall business operations and activities including strategic planning and financial management of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills. He/she will have a thorough understanding of S&OP Demand Planning. Forecasting, and Inventory Management coupled with a proven process improvement background.

  • Lead and manage Global S&OP process to ensure alignment of functions and senior mgmt. to deliver medium- and long-term business goals.
  • Work to ensure continuous alignment among demand, inventory, manufacturing, and supply plans against the strategic and tactical business initiatives to maximize operational performance and meet financial objectives.
  • Mange improvement initiatives across teams to deliver business benefits.
  • Document and monitor business processes, rules, metrics, and SOP s, as a result of improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise between Supply Chain, Engineering, and Portfolio business functions to ensure alignment of prioritized business objectives.
  • Ensure Integration and alignment of New Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand and Supply Planning calendars, processes, and tools.
  • Leverage best practices across the regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
  • 8
    years of progressive business and leadership experience in finance, supply chain or related fields.
  • Experience with large, low volume high mix Capital equipment.
  • Solid proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and standard S&OP process.
  • Effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skillset; ability to learn and use ERP and other data systems is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications; value stream mapping experience
  • Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to Planning processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of partners, staff and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a high change, multinational work environment.
  • Positive attitude, mission-driven, action-oriented and self-directed
  • Excellence in organizational management and ability to collaborate and coach senior leadership, staff, develop and oversee high-performance teams

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
