We are currently seeking a Insurance Claims Business SME to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
Position's General Duties and Tasks
Role
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager in the NTT Data Financial Services Consulting organization, this role will be responsible for partnering with our account management and technical teams to bring industry-centric thought leadership and delivery capabilities to our most important clients.
- Responsible for leading teams, clients, and consulting solutions within Insurance Business Consulting
- Manage client relationships and delivery experience spanning multiple clients executives and their teams
- Provide consultative leadership of client engagements in one or more of the following areas:
- Understanding clients business strategy to develop future state vision and the strategic roadmaps to achieve desired results
- Strategic leadership of innovation of products, services, and customer service enabled by Data, Automation, AI, ML, IOT, CX, and other relevant initiatives
- Core systems (policy, billing, claims) transformation
- Provide insurance-centric support in the areas of compliance, security, and merger and acquisition initiatives
- Understand technology, technology trends, and technology delivery; ideally familiar with key vendors and industry/technology trends in domain and product areas of specialty/focus to liaise between business and technology leaders.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and participates in development of firm-wide service offerings
Basic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Insurance experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of management consulting experience, preferably Big 4
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Insurance business acumen in one or more lines of business such as:
personal lines, commercial lines, specialty, and reinsurance. - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams, clients, and building consulting solutions
- Must be willing to travel 50-75% once it's safe to do so.
Preferences:
- Enterprise Architecture experience with a strong understanding of Business Architecture
- P&C experience a plus
