Summary:
The National Processing Manager is to manage the direction and supervision of the Loan Processing team for the Century Complete channel (our first-time home-buyer product).
Duties to include the daily workflow of the pipeline, along with assisting in the on-going training of all Loan Processors, while ensuring compliance with Inspire Home Loans lending policy.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Daily Pipeline Management to ensure all loans close as scheduledAssign and monitor Loan Processor workload balanceTrain staff in new and existing loan products, policies and changes in proceduresSupport/Mentor staff in daily tasks and provide assistance in troubleshooting difficult loan products or questionsMonitor Processing pipeline to ensure all files adhere to regulatory requirementsModify and develop workflow for Processing Department, as neededConduct Processing meetings (conference call) on a regular basisMay have to maintain small pipeline during peak timesOccasional travel requiredWorks with multiple departments to facilitate post close investor conditionsMakes decisions on loan requests or suggests alternative solutions to loan issues Knowledge, Skills and Background:
Strong knowledge of DU and LP AUS programsFull knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loansProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power PointExcellent presentation, oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-taskAbility to be highly proactive in a deadline driven environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be team oriented and have a positive attitude Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred or applicable work experience, required5
years in mortgage industry, loan processing experience required builder affiliated required, first time home buyer experience a plus3-5 years' Management/Supervisorial experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
