Summary of the Role


HuntSource is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to support the growth of the practice across specific verticals focused predominantly in Cyber and Information Security, IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and Data Intelligence. As part of a tight-knight, collaborative team, this person will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats throughout the recruiting lifecycle and work on exciting searches that play a mission-critical role within well-known organization here in Charlotte and across the country. This will include; assessing and qualifying relevant experience and notable accomplishments, credentials and certifications, through phone, video and in-person interviews. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively critique resumes, as well as build and maintain a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline under tight timelines for multiple skillsets.



Additional Responsibilities


? ?Utilize websites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc. to source and engage candidates


? ?Attend related networking events and conferences; serve as a trusted source in the industry


? ?Meet KPIs by performing deliberate recruiting activities aimed at increasing production and output week over week


? ?Manage and execute both contract and direct-hire searches


? ?Ongoing collaboration with the team to enhance subject matter expertise



Qualifications and Desired Experience


? ?2 + years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in and/or within a sales-driven, fast-paced environment


? ?Industry knowledge of recruitment trends and technology


? ?Willingness to collaborate and communicate at all levels


? ?Positive attitude, self-starter and highly motivated


? ?Naturally curious with a desire to establish and build relationships with new people


? ?Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and drive processes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
