The Highlights
The Enterprise Account Manager is a field sales position selling voice, data, cloud and video services.
In this role, you will be responsible for upselling services to existing clients, renewing and retaining new clients and winning back former clients. To be successful, you will focus on establishing and fostering long-term client relationships.
What you will do
Grow key relationships to support their fast-growing business
Cultivate new opportunities with former clients
Develop client-centric solutions highlighting product benefits
Facilitate face-to-face meetings to pursue renewal opportunities
Deliver proposals to promote new revenue
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue quotas
Maintain client database
Work in conjunction with Account Management, Sales Engineering and Marketing
Build network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers
Attend sales meetings and training sessions
Carry out other duties as needed
Required keys for success
2 or more years of business-to-business account management or sales experience
Proven record as top sales performer exceeding revenue quota
Skills to quickly conduct consultative analysis and provide recommendations
Aptitude to participate as a collaborative team member
Ability to multitask and manage change
Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio
Effective communication skills
How you will stand out from the crowd
2 or more years of experience selling data, voice, cloud or video solutions
Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
Deadline-driven nature in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Motivation from a commission-based model
Coachable disposition with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
Familiarity with product suite, business software, hardware and intranet
Your education
High school Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (preferred)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
