Ability to do configuration, security setup such as establish roles and create reports 2) Technical knowledge around all of the Solution Manager applications Requirements Management, Project Documentation, Monitoring, business Process Management, Project management, License Management, integration with 3rd Party service desk tools (Remedy) 3) Best Practice knowledge on Solution Manager implementation 4) Ability to work with IT and the business to establish processes and training modules for using all of the Solution Manager Applications SOLMAN 7.

Years doing configuration with Solution Manager ideally experience with Solution Manager 7.

2 Strong Communication and interpersonal skills 1) Able to work with diverse group of people to reach a census on how the tool needs to be used 2) Experience working with SAP Basis, Security and product teams 2) Good written communication skills able to document meetings, develop processes and procedures 3) Cross train others on the Solution Manager Solution Overall strong knowledge of SAP Support process 1) Able to effectively enter issues 2) Able to effectively find information, best practices, etc.
Good Project Experience 1) Experience using Solution Manager on projects and leveraging multiple Solution Manager Applications 2) communication skills, Techno-functional resource with the ability to lead efforts .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
