Summary:
Signature Consultants is seeking a Facilities Space Consultants for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC.
The Facilties Space Consultant will be responsible for the most complex projects and regional planning issues and will work with internal tenants who have space needs to identify and coordinate change in space requirements.
The Facilities Space Consultant works with internal customers, including senior management, to understand specific business structure and secures space needs based on specific, complex business requirements.
The candidate will establish and maintain a high volume of complex relationships with project manager/internal customers to develop detailed space plan.
Required Qualifications 10
years program or facilities planning experience.

years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
completing communications/training/business projects using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project management, administrative skills BS/BA degree or higher Other
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work within a project team and experience with working within a team.
Must possess strong interpersonal and Microsoft Office applications skills with ability to present findings and solutions to managers and team members via effective verbal and written communication and/or training.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks with compressed deadlines and operate in a deadline-driven environment.
Self-motivated.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiar with technology applications and processes.
