Delivery Driver CDT (non-CDL)

The primary function of the Non-CDL Driver is to plan and execute delivery activities. This includes preparing for deliveries, following planned delivery routes, and assisting with product connections or returns. The Non-CDL Driver is responsible for unloading, connection/hookup, demonstrating and testing products, and checking essential delivery equipment. The Non-CDL Driver is also responsible for the cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles, and observing safety procedures regarding federal, state, and local regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment tools. It is critically important that the Delivery Associate execute all tasks while following Lowe's safety procedures. Lastly, the Non-CDL Driver is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Valid state-issued driver's license.
AND Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
AND Minimum 21 year of age.
Preferred Qualifications
3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, lift gate, and similar equipment.
6 months experience performing in-home delivery OR retail customer service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
