Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician
A Charlotte apartment community is in need of an experienced maintenance technician to complete the maintenance team. An ability to multi-task, take direction well, and have a positive attitude is essential. Please include resume with email response.
Responsibilities include:
Completes all maintenance work orders with proper certification, including electrical, plumbing and air conditioning (HVAC).
Completes necessary maintenance on each apartment for move-ins.
Maintains common areas for safety and appearance, including keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
Ensures resident satisfaction when working in an apartment.
Maintains resident contact regarding maintenance problems in apartments.
Performs apartment turnovers to company standards.
Property and unit inspections
Completes all other projects or requests as directed by property manager.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
