Experienced Apartment Community Leasing Consultant
A Charlotte apartment community is in need of an experienced leasing consultant to complete the management team. An ability to multi-task, take direction well, and have a positive attitude is essential. Please include resume with email response.
Responsibilities Include:
o Provide leasing information and bring prospective residents to tour onsite facilities
o Answer phone calls from residents and prospective residents
o Field service requests from current residents
o Walk apartments to ensure they are neat, clean and ready to show
o Prepare any and all required paperwork, i.e., leases, applications, security deposits, etc.
o Process prospective resident application screening process
o Perform any other duties as assigned by property manager or asst manager
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
