Residential Real Estate BROKER IN CHARGE/AGENT Needed

Redefy Agents are responsible for working with the Redefy Team to acquire a high volume of listings, provide excellent customer service, assume and close the sale, and enjoy saving our client's thousands of dollars. The ideal Agent would possess a disarming personality, with high energy, the ability to handle a large work load, and efficiently close a high volume. If the customer desires to purchase a home with us, the Agent would have the option of representing them in the home purchase as well. As a Buyer Agent you would be responsible for meeting with, showing homes to, and ultimately helping individuals determine which home to buy. The ideal buyers agent would be a good relationship builder, compassionate, patient, and have a keen ability to listen to the priorities and concerns of each buyer.
The primary responsibilities would be:
Setting up Listing Appointments and/or initial Listing consultations with prospective Home Sellers.
Meeting with prospective home sellers in their homes and going over the features and benefits of utilizing Redefy's team.
Compiling a list of comparable houses for each listing appointment and advising sellers on pricing strategy and list price for their home.
Once home sellers agree to list with Redefy, the Listing Agent is responsible for presenting the necessary contracts, getting the appropriate documentation signed, and taking initial payment.
Installing lock boxes at each listing.
Studies property listings daily for the neighborhoods he/she serves.
Interviews prospective clients to uncover their real estate needs.
Listen and answer questions that buyers might have.
Pursue the interests of the Buyer Client.
Conducts research on neighborhoods to be able to present the benefits to clients of living in those neighborhoods.
Shows client homes that client found on the internet or agent found doing research.
Generates comparable data for Buyer to understand current pricing.
Completes, with Buyer, and presents any offer to Seller or Seller's Agent.
Explains counter-offers, makes sure contract is ratified.
On new homes, schedule option selections.
Explain Earnest Money Deposits, Escrow, and Default. Reviews and explains the Regional Sales Contract, Jurisdictional Addendum, Disclaimer. Form, Contingencies Addendum, Additional Clause Addendum.
Helps explain the process, sequence, contracts, mortgages, pre-approvals, closings.

Requirements and expectations:
All qualified candidates must have 2
years worth of residential real estate experience as a licensed Broker in the State of North Carolina and a strong working knowledge of the Charlotte metropolitan area.
Must have prior sales or relationship building experience, or demonstrate the ability to sell and develop business relationships.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
