Charlotte office is seeking a junior to mid-level IP attorney.
Candidate should possess broad patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation experience.
Candidate should have a strong technical background as well as excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
Candidate must be patent bar-eligible.
Law firm experience and North Carolina Bar admission strongly preferred.
The North Carolina based law practice was originally launched five years ago.
Three years ago the legal practice merged with a local law firm.
Its areas of concentration include corporate real estate, business transactions, and real estate capital markets.
Fifteen qualified attorneys are on staff.
Attorneys are committed to community service.
They contribute to numerous philanthropic endeavors throughout the year.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
