Mid-level Finance Attorney with corporate experience
Charlotte office seeks mid-level finance attorney with relevant experience.
The candidate will help support the Corporate group on acquisition financings for the private equity and corporate clients.
Will manage bank and acquisition finance transactions but also be flexible enough to manage M&A and general corporate work from time to time.
Focus their practice on commercial lending, corporate finance and private equity and mezzanine financing.
Represent both lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financings.
Work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred.
This large full-service firm has over 150 attorneys to meet each clients needs.
In general, associates receive substantial responsibility, independence and significant client contact at an early stage.
