In this consultative sales role, the Account Executive will drive revenue and build brand loyalty by developing and growing relationships within AmLaw 200 and Fortune 500 Corporate accounts in a specific territory. As the company's initial point of contact with our clients, the Account Executive will provide strategic guidance for Discovery Services (electronic discovery, paper discovery, audio discovery, and document review).
Candidates must be confident, highly self-motivated, and able to gain credibility as a trusted advisor with C-Level corporate clients as well as serve as a collaborative and assertive liaison with corporate purchasing departments.
Responsibilities
Target and prospect corporate decision makers in the areas of IT, Legal and Compliance to develop new relationships
Broaden scope of business with existing corporate contacts and network
Hunt new business and expand services within territory while supporting an existing client base
Interface with sales support staff and product subject matter experts as necessary to provide compelling solutions for corporate clients
Build a robust pipeline to target organic growth within assigned portfolio and to build relationships to grow net new business
Requirements
BA or BS and proven history of consultative sales success required, JD considered beneficial in building credibility with clients
Minimum of 8 years in consultative sales with a complex technical product or service
Proven ability to gain an audience and credibility with C-suite and senior level decision-makers in Information Technology (CTO, CIO), Legal (Chief Legal Counsel) and Compliance (Chief Compliance Officer)
Existing relationships with executive level decision-makers in highly regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services, etc.) considered a big plus
Understanding of the litigation process, previous experience selling a litigation product or solution preferred
Persuasive communication, presentation and product demonstration experience
Strong technical aptitude
Regular travel (50%+) required within territory with occasional trips to HQ and key events and meetings nationwide Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
