Join WFVC Digital as a senior-level Project Manager within the Program and Project Management Office (PMO), focused on managing and delivering solutions that keep our Online Banking and Mobile channel consumer and small business customers informed and in control of their finances.
In this highly visible role, you will act as a liaison between the business client and technology organizations by planning and leading projects that solve complex business problems through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). You will be responsible for managing project teams through the entire systems development life-cycle; managing project risks, issues and dependencies, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies and plans; managing project financials including sizings, forecasts, actual costs and budget deviations.
You may be acting as a Team Lead and provide guidance, training and direction to others.
You will be engaged throughout the full project life-cycle, work directly with senior representatives of all organizational areas, and be considered the highest-level functioning expert. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work extremely well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with large, multi-disciplined technology and business teams.

years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.
Minimum
Qualifications:

years relevant project management experience
Solid knowledge of financial services and online/mobile environments
Proven ability in leading project teams and managing complex high visibility projects that span one to two years in duration across multiple stakeholder communities within an organization
Proven ability in managing a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation
Experience in managing a program of projects associated with a specific business strategy
Solid knowledge of project planning and budgeting on highly complex projects
Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across a team of Project Managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort
Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organized, logical and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations to all levels within the organization
Ability to develop detailed project plans, based on a work breakdown structure, that provides the ability to manage critical path
Effective skills in facilitating meetings and other forums involving a large number of participants/stakeholders and driving toward desired outcomes within prescribed timeframes
Ability to lead other individuals and provide guidance, direction and training to others within the team
Strong inter-personal, influencing, negotiating, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills
Commitment to being part of a team and working within a diverse environment
Ability to be highly organized and effective working in a fast paced environment
Solid understanding/knowledge of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologies
Prior experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise or experience in one or more of the following areas:
Online authentication, authorization, fraud or security
Online money movement solutions, including Bill Pay
Mobile Banking
Online Banking, Secure Messaging/Alerts, e-document delivery, Personal Financial Management solutions and small business solutions
Web channel management, including online sales and marketing, and application fulfillment
PMI PMP Certification
Experience working in and knowledge of DCG/WFB systems and processes
Experience with Planview and STAMP
