Top 4 consulting firm seeks four Senior Associates in their Forensic Technology and eDiscovery practice to join the Atlanta, New York, Washington DC, and Charlotte offices. Looking to hire quickly! These hires will be working on one of the largest litigations in the history of America and will be required to travel significantly (two weeks away a month). Relativity skills are an absolute must coupled with project management skills, technical prowess, and highly client-facing consultative eDiscovery skills. Must have degree and at least 3 years' experience.
The client's practice focuses on fundamental business issues - managing risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs - that organizations, across various industries, should address in order to help them flourish. The client helps companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. The client is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Forensic - Technology for their Risk Consulting practice

Responsibilities:
Communicate the client's end-to-end discovery management service offerings and offer constructive feedback and input on same based on industry requirements
Provide presentations, demonstrations, and training of the client products and services to prospective clients
Offer recommendations for effective project management, help determine and implement the appropriate workflow and services for a project, respond to request for proposals, and generate budget estimates
Develop proficiency in and utilize the various tools available for collection, data processing, hosting, and production during the life cycles of a project for clients
Maintain regular contact with and manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally
Co-ordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of projects on schedule and identify processes and quality improvements as an ongoing process, as well as part of a post-project analysis
Qualifications:
Three years of experience working the evidence and discovery management processes
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience
Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with large-scale document review, production, and trial preparation
Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management
Experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools
Exceptional client service and follow-up skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
