The successful candidate will have 10
years experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including IT related contracts and technology transactions. Candidates must have recent in-house experience along with past large law firm background. Hours will vary by week depending on the workload and this will be for an indefinite duration for the right resource.
