Summary:

Responsible for first line telephone support of Novant Health's radiology information systems, including PACS, RIS, voice recognition/digital dictation systems, 3D Imaging, etc. Responsible for in-depth troubleshooting for specific front-line incidents reported by customers via phone, provide technical expertise at a minimum of 8a.m. - 5p.m., Monday - Friday, properly document interactions in ServiceNow. Works with intermediate, senior or management staff to achieve positive outcomes for customer incidents requiring escalation of those issues which cannot be resolved in a timely manner, conducts diagnostics, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems, manages the resolution of user issues to provide positive impact on customer satisfaction and productivity, maintains and updates records and tracks incidents in database records, handle multiple line phone system, and handle multiple tasks at one time, handle fast paced support desk environment including minimum call per day measurements, ensures the correct information is being documented.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical school training or BS degree in electronics preferred.
Experience:
Two to four years related work experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
CIIP certification required and/or must be completed within 12 must of hire date.
Additional skills required:
Clear understanding of Radiology Imaging Workflow. Competent to work on fairly complex systems analysis and multiples assignments. Possess knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and respond to needs of customers appropriate to status, job class and education level. Often works under deadlines and heavy workloads. Understanding of IT fundamentals. Ability to take action on a suggested approach within guidelines of standards and procedures. Ability to apply a critical thinking process to achieve a positive outcome.
Work Schedule
Full time, exempt
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
