years) matters. Recent in-house experience is preferred. Responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating various commercial real estate transactions/documentation: leases, renewals, sales, new construction, estoppels, SNDAs, licenses and others.
The assignment will average 15-25 hours/week for the next 9
months. Attorneys can work on a remote basis.
