Pay Rate: $76.00/Hour W-2 Maximum with all requirements (Straight W-2, no relocation assistance, no expense reimbursement, no benefits)

Job Description and Requirements:
There are a number of critical consolidation projects in the following areas, T&D Energy Delivery, Energy Management, Outage Management, Gas Operations, and T&D Maintenance processes.
An experienced App Dev Project Manager is needed to own each of these efforts as the central point of contact to both the IT leadership, multiple business owners, and software vendors.
The Project Manager will own all aspects of the project from schedule design, maintenance, budget estimation, forecasting, change management, and especially managing project interdependencies.
The Project Manager will be accountable to ensure that their project is appropriately leveraging the Duke Energy Solution Delivery Lifecycle, and following standard PM Processes.
Must have Application Development Experience
Must have worked on a software upgrade project
Required Education:
Bachelor?s Degree or a combination of education plus (5-10) years of relevant work experience
Required Skills and
Experience:
5-10
yrs total experience with 5
as an applications PM.
Experience successfully implementing complex systems with key dependencies on multiple simultaneous vendor engagements.
Experience managing moderate to complex IT application development projects; Experience with projects focused on Transmission and Distribution Systems and Asset Management.
Ability to effectively apply structured project management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to effectively define roles and responsibilities of program and individual project team members and motivate them to get projects done.
Demonstrated success with managing multiple sometimes unrelated project schedules and budgets simultaneously;
Ability to work within a matrix environment with accountability to Business Sponsors, IT Management/Sponsors, and IT PMO;
Experience using MS Project to develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies;
Preferred certification/degree:
PMP Certification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
