As Market Sector Manager,you will call upon your strong sales acumen and account-management skills to maintain and grow your existing customer base across all business categories. Working closely with the sales team, you will develop, coordinate, and execute effective sales strategies, and drive these strategies in removing obstacles, penetrating new-product categories and building new customer segments. As a successful sales leader, you will work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing (another, related field) and have 5 or more years of demonstrated leadership experience. Knowledge of concrete, roofing, HVAC and installation techniques is essential. In addition to understanding the basics of stacking housing, you should be highly motivated by P&L profitability and able to use your strong knowledge of it to great advantage.
