Sr Management Associate/CHS Medical Group PE Care Coordination

Orchestrates and participates in a cross functional team implementing process solutions for all Medical Group Care Divisions. Completes strategic business and financial plans, participates in new process design as requested, capital purchase analysis, and other management consulting projects for owned, managed, and affiliate operations of the system. Develops and executes the implementation schedule, proactively resolving identified issues and continuously improving the implementation process. Partners with Process Owners to refine and improve solutions.
Essential Functions
Translates data and other information prepared by the management consultants into meaningful information for decision-making by senior leadership at system facilities.
Presents graphics and other information in a logical and concise format to senior leadership at system facilities.
Directs and orchestrates management consulting projects independent of the department leadership.
Conducts strategic financial planning studies for facilities by evaluating relevant data and issues.
Writes clear and concise management consulting reports to be received by senior leadership, boards, and physicians.
Directs and completes pre- and post-implementation analyses on identified Practices, according to the Pre-Site Assessment to identify gaps and develop plans to resolve those gaps in order to ensure a successful solution implementation. Reports related information to senior leadership for decision making and negotiating.
Orchestrates completion of the implementation plan.
Maintains knowledge of local, regional, and national healthcare issues impacting the services of the department.

Physical Requirements
Work requires lifting, moving, walking, and transporting of large materials. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time. Must have personal transportation to travel to various locations.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree in Business, Health Administration, or Finance preferred. 2 to 4 years experience in healthcare required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
