Maintaining percentage of completion data
Preparing interim billings on individual projects
Check & Investigate unreported/estimated cost at job completion
Preparing journal entries for accounting on completed jobs and in-process jobs
Preparing estimate/actual cost sheet on individual jobs
Maintaining records for management as needed for job costs
Maintaining job estimates as change orders occur
Maintaining daily production time records
Following up with Project Managers on job changes
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
