Our client is a rapidly growing company seeking a smart, motivated and experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper. The Accountant / Bookkeeper must be a self-starter who works well independently and is a skilled multi-tasking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
oAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Deposits & Reconciliations
oPost Journal Entries and General Ledger Postings multiple locations across the US
oTight Month-End Closing Process - very important to complete in a timely manner
oExcel Manipulations - using QuickBooks Output to prepare proper financial statements for multiple entities.
REQUIREMENTS
o Associates Degree is Minimum Required - a Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
o Must be highly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
o Attention to Detail and Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills are required
o Demonstrated Track Record of High-ProductivityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
