month initial, renewable assignment

Pay Rate: $38.00 maximum/Hour W-2 Maximum with all requirements (Straight W-2, no relocation assistance, no expense reimbursement, no benefits)

Overview and Requirements:
This position falls under Supply Chain Application Support Group.
This group is the first line of support for anyone that is using our Supply Chain applications.
This position is specifically sitting in level 2 helpdesk.
The main customer for them is our accounts payable department. Once an issue comes in, it first goes to level one to be taken care of, when level one help desk cannot assist it then gets passed on to this group for defect resolution.
They mostly support invoicing and voucher issues.
This person will be running queries, fixing data issues, an support the IT and business side of the application.
We use a proprietary software called CAPS but any supply chain application experience will suffice.
This position is a true 50/50 split of business and IT.
This group is also responsible for testing and eventually this person will assist on that as well.
This has a strong possibility of becoming a full time position.
Must possess the following skills:
Must enjoy customer service Must have experience with a supply chain application Must have experience with writing and using queries Must have defect resolution experience Must be an analytical thinker Must have Business and IT experience.
Education: Bachelor?s Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience (3-5 years of experience)
Duties &
Responsibilities: ? Provide second level production support for all Duke Energy (non-nuclear) Supply Chain Applications. ? Develop strong partnerships with the Supply Chain IT support teams and the Business User community to serve as the liaison between the two groups. ? Consult with users to design/develop/modify new processes and applications. ? Create functional, technical, and business process documents. ? Deliver solutions as part of a project team or as an individual contributor. ? Support testing for modifications, fixes, and new releases to the Enterprise Supply Chain applications.
Basic
Qualifications: ? Experience with MS Office Products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ? SQL Query writing skills for application monitoring and troubleshooting ? Experience with an enterprise payables application, preferably PeopleSoft

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
