Process Orders, Prive & Deliver Quotes and Provide Technical/Application Information
Solicit Customer Orders & Suggest Upgrades
Sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries,
Expedite orders and returns - locate product and create purchase orders
Customer & Supplier Relationship & Account Management
Pricing and Ship / Delivery Negotiations
Work with Outside B2B Salesmen to solicit business & execute order transactions
Resolve customer issues such as warranty claims, product returns, credit and collection, and other customer service issues.
Review open customer order reports and takes action on open items; specifically, those items that may be at risk in meeting the customer's promised delivery date
Maintain Distribution System backorder report, associated customer expediting report/notices, and customer notification, as required.

Employ aggressive / strategic Sales Tactics - close deals & upgrade orders/accounts consistently
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Strong problem solving, time management & organizational skills
Must multi-task and successfully manage multiple projects, remaining organized and deadline-oriented

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
3 - 5+ years of experience in an Inside Technical Sales or Applications Engineer position
Background in Industrial Distribution is required
Process Flow Control Equipment knowledge is required: Control, Ball, Butterfly and Gate Valves, Actuators, Hoses, and Instrumentation is highly preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
