Job Purpose:

The North American Sales Manager will focus on the day to day activities and development of new and existing fluid power accounts within the NAM area. This position will focus on ensuring that existing accounts and new accounts utilize the full range of products within the company portfolio. The company is at an exciting stage of transformation in re launching its brand identity, product development and growing the bottom line. The role will provide an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead the inside sales team to success. The North American Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President located in Charlotte. Our wide network of engineers and product specialists in different countries offers support in order to maintain consistent implementation and ongoing development of marketing strategies.

Job Duties:

Implement marketing strategies, analyze trends and results.
Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Function as a technical liaison and will work directly with the distributors and direct accounts to support growth initiatives within the assigned market area.
Provide training and support for the assigned distributors, to insure 100% customer satisfaction, confidence and retention.
Mutual end customer visits with Distributor Partners as determined by company policy to assist in distributor evolution and technical sales opportunities related to the company range of products.
Validate and respond to Distributor warranty needs, concerns and/ or issues.
Meet or exceed all sales and gross margin goals as determined jointly with management.
Manage and lead all sales staff job results by training, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

Skills / Qualifications:

Confident style of communication, high-level negotiating skills and strong customer orientation.
Meeting sales goals, sales planning, coaching and market knowledge. Must possess the ability to recognize and convert sales opportunities into orders.
Advanced Microsoft Office and presentation skills. High willingness to travel throughout the North American country.


Several years of professional experience in mobile hydraulics inside the North American market
Engineering knowledge, especially for fluid power application will definitely be of great advantage
Min. 10 years of strong sales experience on all levels
On and off road mobile hydraulic market experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
