Essential Job Functions:
As a GT Auxiliaries Engineer supporting our customer, the candidate will be responsible for providing and evaluating GT Power Plant designs and customer requirements. The role of the engineer will require the candidate to be organized, possess excellent communication skills, adapt to a team environment, and have excellent technical and customer-facing skills. As part of a QuEST team the candidate will use a combination of team and individual skills to provide excellent service to the customers:
Understanding scope, design criteria and boundary conditions
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Ability to independently manage assigned projects, report on status and present designs/ deliverables
Secondary Job Functions:

Interact directly with Designers, Chief Engineers, and Engineering Managers on a regular basis.

Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering
3-7 years GT or power generation design environment (Systems Engineering experience preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Ability to learn new software is required.
The candidate must have the ability to work well with others in a team setting, but also be able to learn take on new tasks on their own.
Proficiency with TeamCenter is a plus

Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 8 AM to 5 PM
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations, if required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
