Financial Statement - preparation & reporting for multiple locations
Month-end close - multiple locations
General Ledger Account Reconciliation
Budget & Forecasting - 3-month financial forecasting & monthly analysis of significant variances
Rate Analysis & Review
Management of Accounting data information flow to / from remote facilities
Assist with quarterly SOX compliance & review
Financial Budgeting - planning / participation in the annual process
Train non-financial personnel with regards to Internal Control Compliance, Accounting Procedures & Review of Financial Statements
Ad-Hoc Projects
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3
years of Accounting experience - public accounting is preferred
CPA and/or other professional certifications a plus
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting business systemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
