Candidate will serve as a Enterprise Help Desk analyst responsible for answering customers? calls (40 -60 per day), provide problem isolation and resolution with a 1st call resolution rate >62% in a multi-platform, diverse systems environment. Analyst records, monitors, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Enterprise Help Desk provides service to internal clients on a 24x7 basis.

Minimum requirements include Education: Associates Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience in computer science or computer related field, one Microsoft certification (A+, MCP, Net+) preferred, proven workstation hardware experience and 3-5 years proven IT Call Center experience.

Please note the given pay rate range is an all-inclusive W2 rate that does not include parking fees.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
