Job Description: Provide customer service and support for the clients renewable programs. (Not a Call Center but will be taking inbound calls, emails) Responsibilities include: Delivering a positive customer experience with the client. Completing required interconnection request processing, documentation and fulfillment accurately and in a timely fashion. Coordinating with the client departments who support Customer Owned Generation in order to ensure the desired customer experience is delivered. Gathering, tracking and communicating customer activity in designated tracking tools. Developing and maintaining the skills and training required to resolve COG customer issues or inquiries. Contributing to the development, support and improvement of the tools, systems, processes and training needed to deliver the customer management required for the COG programs.REQUIRED:?4-year degree in marketing, business, or equivalent or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience ?5 years of work experience in customer service, sales, business, marketing or equivalent ?Demonstrated ability working in a customer-facing role like sales and/or customer service or equivalent. Includes a proven track record of building positive customer relationships. ?Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Desired Qualifications ?A Bachelor of Science in a technical, marketing or general business-related field, or equivalent work experience ?7 years of customer service /customer facing experience in utility/regulated environment and/or renewables-related business ?Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks and issues simultaneously with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and meeting deadlines. ?Excels at managing and tracking documentation and following detailed processes ?Excellent time management and organization skills ?SalesForce.com experience ?Demonstrated technical knowledge and/or ability working with electrical systems and other distributed generation. ?Experienced working successfully with a team in multiple work locations. Comfortable working in a ?virtual office? environment. Includes flexibility to travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
