Ryland's Charlotte division is looking for a Land Development Manager to oversee, monitor and direct land development activities from design through bond/permit release. Our ideal candidate has strong project management, communication and organizational skills, and possesses the ability to efficiently multi-task and independently problem solve.
Key
Responsibilities:
o Administer land development operations and related contracts
o Establish and maintain a high level of quality control
o Prepare bid packages, analyze packages and make final recommendations for award
o Prepare and manage land development budgets and monitor ongoing costs
o Develop, monitor and maintain overall project schedules
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree
o A minimum of 5-7 years directly related experience
o Prior field production experience
o Strong PC skills
o Strong negotiation skills
o Strong organizational skills
o Exceptional oral and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
