The candidate will support the merchant services and commercial card lines of business. Responsibilities include: providing legal advice to the company in the areas of merchant services (payment and acquiring) and commercial credit card issuing, including commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation and associated risk management. Responsibilities also include: evaluating the impact of all major changes in applicable law, rules and regulations and assessing the impact on the lines of businesses' policies and operating procedures, and working closely with the lines of business to review and approve correspondence, marketing, and other customer facing materials, conducting legal research projects, and acting as advisor to operations personnel in interpreting regulations, rules and policies.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
