Length of W-2 Contract Assignment: 12
month initial, renewable assignment
Locations: Charlotte, NC
Travel: None
Pay Rate: $65.00-$70.00 maximum/Hour W-2 Maximum with all requirements (Straight W-2, no relocation assistance, no expense reimbursement, no benefits)
Corp-Corp Rate: No Corp-Corp, No Third Party, Client does not support H1B or EAD
Work Authorization Required: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, those Authorized to work in the US

Qualification Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills to interact with the business to drive out business processes and detail requirements
2. Strong facilitation skills for conducting workshops, conducting interviews, organizing and leading meetings
3. Ability to interpret, document and organize business requirements, technical requirements, and business process flows.
4. Ability to develop use cases to feed into designs and test cases.
5. Experienced with creating a traceability matrix between business requirements.
6. Strong skills in MS Office
7. Experienced in using the Enterprise Architect software tool for documenting requirements, business modeling, use cases, etc.
8. Experienced in HP Quality Center tool for script execution and defect management
9. Experience with Accenture?s project delivery methodology .

Energy/Electric utility experience
Job Overview:
The contractor will serve in a requirements analyst role for IT Projects in support of the Energy Delivery business functions.
Responsibilities include: ? Working with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for new business processes and changes to existing business processes and systems; bridges the gap ? translating between business needs and solutions ? Ensuring business processes and requirements are documented and understood across the project team. ? Facilitates workshops, conducts interviews, develops use cases, etc. ? Creates the current and future business process flow diagrams ? Ensures that the percentage of defects found in production is minimized by assisting the test analyst design test cases from a business perspective as well as technical aspects as needed. ? Create Requirement Traceability Matrix ensuring all requirements are traceable throughout project lifecycle ? May assist with execution of test scripts

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
