To assist manager and run location when the manager is absent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1) Run Location when the manager is absent
2) Prepare caskets for delivery
3) Oversee quality of caskets
4) Unload trucks
5) Load Trucks
6) Put caskets in bins
7) Report any quality problems to manager ASAP
8) Repair Caskets
9) Keep warehouse clean
10) Repair trucks if possible
11)Wear clean uniform daily
12) Must always act in a professional and courteous manner
13) Must be an ambassador for the company
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises five employees in the Drivers and Emboidery departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewardingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
