What's the job?
As a training developer, you will work full-time from our Wilmington, NC headquarters. You will be a part of an energetic, agile team that is dedicated to exceeding client expectations. You will be asked to help develop advanced training for professional sales representatives and managers in a variety of formats, including live training, virtual training, web-based learning platforms, and mobile learning environments. Your primary tools will include PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. You will work individually and collaboratively to distill large amounts of complex information into the critical knowledge that learners need, and then transform that key information into visually engaging training materials for both the learners and the facilitators.
