We are conducting a targeted search for a Requirements Analyst (Test Coordinator) to work for our Energy client inCharlotte, NC

Required Technologies: Mercury Quality Center and Enterprise Architect
Length of W-2 Contract Assignment: 12+ month initial, renewable assignment
Locations: Charlotte, NC
Travel: None
Pay Rate: $69.00 /Hour W-2 Maximum with all requirements (Straight W-2, no relocation assistance, no expense reimbursement, no benefits)
Corp-Corp Rate: No Corp-Corp, No Third Party, Client does not support H1B or EAD

Qualification Requirements:
The Requirements Analyst/Test Coordinator position within the Trading and marketing/Commercial division will have overall responsibility for the assembling and documenting of project requirements, translating those requirements into test plans and directing the testing of application components to meet the stated functional requirements.
The position will have these job duties:
Contributes to project estimates for analysis, requirements validation and testing tasks. Facilitates requirements gathering and interview sessions with customers in order surface essential requirements information. Works effectively with the business to quickly learn the culture and relationships. Models requirements using Duke Energy IT standard tools. Translates functional requirements into test scripts through mapping test plans to functional and technical requirements. Guides users in defining acceptance criteria. Assists users in setting-up and executing user acceptance test cases Facilitates user acceptance test sessions with customers, assigning defects to appropriate project team members and tracking resolution to completion. Validates functional requirements through implementation. Use Enterprise Architect and Mercury Quality Center to document work.
Qualifications Required:
Business modeling experience with Enterprise Architect or Visio
Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a Business discipline, or equivalent work experience (5-9 years)
Three (3) plus years of application analysis and/or development work experience with Object Oriented Programming languages.
Knowledge of IT Solution Delivery Life-Cycle process and the ability to apply solution delivery best practices as defined
Ability to easily and quickly learn business process
Demonstrated ability to document functional requirements in the form of Use Cases and/or Story Boards
Demonstrated ability to translate Use Cases and/or Store Boards into test scripts.

Requirements Preferred:
Business knowledge around trading applications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
