Description:
The successful candidate will provide an exceptional level of customer service to prospective and existing brokerage clients in a call center environment. Maintain an empathetic and helpful attitude with clients at all times, especially when handling difficult interactions. Consistently meet or exceed quality, productivity and availability goals. Facilitate the execution of simple and complex orders received from our retail brokerage clients with a high level of accuracy. Handle basic technical and online service related questions. Make outbound service calls as needed. Adherence to schedule and punctuality is a must.
Basic Qualifications
6
months customer service experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Ability to work flexible schedules Sunday between the hours of 8:00am-10:00PM AND Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00am-10:00pm EST
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle conflict
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong technical skills

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
