Responsibilities:
Experience developing Human Resources policy and procedures
Ability to multitask with all aspects of HR including recruiting, new hire onboarding, workers compensation, EEOC claims, performance appraisals, etc.
Experience with the implementation of a new HRIS tool
Create HR presentations and deliver to the Executive team
Requirements:
3 years of experience managing direct reports
5-7 years of hands on HR experience
PHR certification preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
