Total IT experience of 8yrs or more.
1. Minimum 5 yrs of Appian BPM experience. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, , Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
2. Should have good experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
3. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, Javascript, JS, XML , XSLT etc.
4. Appian Certifications if any.
5. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
6. Should have exposure to project methodologies such as agile. Iterative etc.
7. Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSSWebsphereWeblogic etc.
8. Should have handled Appian deployments and exposure to the Appian configurations etc.
Experience Required:

Experience with designing webservices
Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work independently and deliver on business partner goals.
Independent as well as team contributor with good communication and presentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
