The HR Analyst position supports the Associate Engagement Manager and the Director of Diversity & Inclusion by providing reliable data and metrics which inform Executives on progress and strategy. This position maintains intricate and detailed databases and is responsible for ensuring that the data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise manner.
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Assist with ad hoc requests from corporate office and stores
Generate reports
Work with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) department to obtain current associate data from PeopleSoft.
Manipulate/Scrub PeopleSoft data before providing to vendor
Partner with Communications department to drive development of communications associated with associate engagement
Conduct statistical data analysis on survey responses and generate applicable charts and graphs
Assist with development of AE and Diversity SharePoint site
Maintain tasks and due dates for the 2014 (FY15) AE project plan. Update the plan with actual completed dates associated with various tasks
Document process for survey administration in Microsoft Visio with supporting documentation in Microsoft Word
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, proficient in statistical analysis with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft excel 2010, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 and exposure to Microsoft Visio 2013 and SharePoint.
Four Year Degree - Finance/Accounting/Business Management/Human Resources (Preferred)
0-2 Years Financial Analysis or Human Resource Analysis experience
Proficient with standard computer and business software, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
PeopleSoft Human Resource System, Hyperion Software, Essbase & Lawson (Preferred)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
