5 -7 years database design and administration experience.
In depth understanding of Oracle RAC, Dataguard, Recovery Manager and Performance Tuning
Knowledge of architectural design concepts
Previous experience with Oracle Automated Storage Management (ASM)
Ability to present technical information intra/inter-departmentally
Demonstrated knowledge of current and developing technologies and ability to analyze technology for use in current environment
Demonstrated ability to lead installation of large, high risk projects
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships
Demonstrated experience with all levels of testing including systems, performance, and acceptance
Good to have:
Real Application Cluster, Automated Storage Management, Data Guard, Golden Gate, Shareplex
