The District Installed Sales Manager oversees multiple installed sales managers in an assigned area. Responsibilities include managing the overall program and job management, implementing direction and providing guidance and support. This is accomplished by facilitating conference calls and conducting job site visits when necessary. Works closely with the Senior VP Field Operations to determine the strategic direction to increase store sales and improve profitability. Effective communication with the field and internal departments are mandatory for the success of this position.
Requirements to be Considered for the Position:

years installed sales management in a retail building materials environment
10
years management experience in a retail building materials environment
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Demonstrated ability to increase sales profitability
Solid experience in residential/commercial construction and project management
Ability to direct and train others effectively as a team leader
Well developed problem solving abilities and strong conflict resolution skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel to various jobsites as needed; may include overnight travel
Responsibilities of the Position:
Installed Sales Management:
Assists in setting the direction for installed sales in an assigned geographical area.
Develops and oversees all installed sales operations of the district to ensure goals areEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
