Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will assist with management of litigation cases and/or projects in practice area, including document organization, preparation of case mapping forms, document retrieval, document production, maintaining document databases and other case files, preparing witness binders for depositions, preparing deposition exhibits, preparing trial exhibits and other duties for general trial preparation. Will manage high case volume in a fast-paced environment. Perform case/project management duties. Perform general research utilizing Westlaw, Pacer and the Internet; cite check and proof read court documents and/or legal memoranda; assist with the preparation of court and agency filings. Enter client time in DTE and overtime on a daily basis. Perform administrative tasks as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
