Digital Benefit Advisors - Charlotte is looking for a Client Service Specialist to help organize and oversee the client management process. The Client Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales and client service staff through general support, facilitation of the group enrollment and renewal processes and administrative functions designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
--- Help with communications, application follow-up, and distribution of applications to carriers;
--- Communicate and collect missing information from groups and send approval letters to clients;
--- Complete or coordinate quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business;
--- Update of census, policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies;
--- Help with renewals and new business applications and attach to appropriate client file in CRM;
--- Process all outgoing packages, shipments, mail, etc. and coordinate all presentation materials;
--- Maintain supply inventory for office;
--- Follow-up on service issues or coordinate through Customer Advocate Center and act as phone back-up for call overflow;
--- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
--- Strong attention to detail;

--- Proficient with MS Office (Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint) and the Internet;
--- Self-motivated, versatile and disciplined;
--- Able to work independently as well as on a team;
--- Excellent communication skills;
--- Strong organizational skills;
--- Familiar with database applications;
--- Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment.
Required
Experience:
--- HS Diploma or equivalent;
--- College degree preferred;
--- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of related experience;
--- Prior experience in broker agency, benefit administration firm and/or carrier preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
