The Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for working with retail customers. The Customer Service Representative/ Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for working with current customers as well as first time customers looking for new and pre-owned furniture pieces. The Customer Service Representative will be working with customers via email, walk in traffic, as well as setting appointments. The Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative will need to have excellent Customer service skill and must be able to assist customers at all different levels.
