Ifyou are interested in helping clients in their efforts to address some of theirmost complex business problems through the effective application of technology andwant to do this in an exciting environment, then our Business TechnologyAnalyst (BTA) program can be the start of an exciting career for you. As a member of an entrepreneurial client projectteam, you will have the opportunity to learn first-hand how we help many of theworld-s most influential companies develop their information technology strategyand enhance their technology investments. You will work with a diverse group of peopleacross many different industries, business competencies, and technologies. Youwill have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership and teamwork and can gainincreased responsibilities through multiple client experiences.
Asan example, you may be a part of a focused team assisting a client in determininghow the IT function can more effectively support the enterprise strategy, or youmay have the chance to contribute to a team working to help a client transform theirfinance function by establishing a single data and technology architecture for itsenterprise financial systems. You may alsoplay a role in helping a client in their efforts to design, develop, andimplement a new health care system that could save lives.
Whenyou start, you will receive up to four weeks of orientation, professionaltraining, and relevant technology education to help you launch your consultingcareer. We provide mentoring andcounseling programs, as well as professional and technology training. Additionally, top performing BTAs have theopportunity to apply for our Graduate School Assistance Program (GSAP) aftertwo years of employment with us.
NewAnalysts within our Technology service area have the opportunity to workdirectly with our clients providing services designed to help them solve theirmost complex business problems. We arespecifically recruiting MIZZOUstudents for ourSAP service line, which involves providing consulting services with SAP packageservices. SAP offers a complete range of implementation services- from businesscase development and system design to configuration, testing and deploymentwith SAP package services.

Qualificationsfor our Business Technology Analyst Program include:
- Undergraduateor Master-s degree
