We are in search for a Team Assistant position available to support Real Estate Team in Charlotte, NC.

As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the agents business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. We are looking for a partnership to assist us in growing our business on a long term basis.
The ideal candidate must be tech savvy, professional, organized, exhibits a positive attitude and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be focused; detail and service oriented; be able to process high volume paperwork and work autonomously. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Office location is Ballantyne/ South Charlotte, NC. Work hours varies and starts with part time hours and with the opportunity to be full time. Licensed Real Estate Agents are welcome to apply.
