We are conducting a targeted search for a Senior IT Technical Lead (integration projects) to work for our Energy client in Charlotte, NC

Length of W-2 Contract Assignment: 12+ months renewable assignment
Pay Rate: $63.00/Hour W-2 (Straight W-2, no relocation assistance or expense reimbursement, no benefits)
Corp-Corp Rate: No Corp-Corp, No Third Party, Client does not support H1B or EAD
Work Authorization Required: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, those Authorized to work in the US

The contractor will serve in a Technical Lead role for IT Projects in support of the Energy Delivery business functions.
Responsibilities will include: Able to understand and interpret business and technical requirements in order to perform assessment of current software capabilities to determine any gaps that exist; identification of what components need to be built to address the gaps; determining development estimates; participating in requirements gathering sessions; overseeing design, construction, and implementation activities; creates SDLC artifacts such as High Level Design and Detailed Design; ensuring that the technical design meets the functional requirements; establishing dev, test, and prod environments; ensuring that all components are designed, coded, and tested to meet standards; reviewing and approving test plans; participating in testing phases; prioritizing work across the development team; communicating issues, risks, and status to PM in a timely manner; executing the Transition to Support plan; executing the implementation plan
Bachelor Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
Requirements for Qualification:
Senior level resource
7+ years of experience
Strong technical, communication and leadership skills
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings, lead technical resources
Experience on complex vendor software integration projects: Java development environments, Windows and Unix servers, Oracle and SQL server environments P
Preferred Experience:
Technologies: Enterprise Architect, Spring, Hibernate, Dimensions, Citrix, GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
Utility industry experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
